We highly recommend puppy grooming from as young as 10 weeks old. This helps build your dog’s confidence and introduces them to a professional
grooming environment where they will be exposed to the smells and noises from a salon along with meeting their professional pet groomer. Puppy
grooms take roughly 1hr.

It is safer for your pet to have our full attention whilst visiting our salon with minimal distractions. We will give you a collection time to pick
your dog up when they’re ready. Depending on the service they’re having will depend on the time slot required. This will be confirmed with you on
drop off.

As a small business we rely solely on appointments, we book out our time accordingly for your dogs appointment.

We require a small deposit to secure your pets appointment & this can be deduced from the total amount of your groom price on collection.

Our Cancellation policy is strictly 48hrs notice, whether this is to reschedule or to cancel. We kindly ask for 48hrs notice minimum to allow us
time to offer your pets assigned appointment to someone else.

If you cancel with 24hrs notice you will be required to pay 50% of your dogs grooming appointment before we are able to book any future bookings.

If you miss your appointment or no show you will be required to pay 100% of your pets appointment before we are able to book any future bookings.

Yes. We offer nail clipping as a walk in service along with Pawdicures for dogs with hairy pads!

This is something we can discuss at your first appointment, we will guide you based on the breed and the length of their coat.

Curly coats require more maintenance so anything from 4 weeks to 8 weeks is recommended.

Depending on the breed of your dog, if they have short hair they wont require as much brushing as a dog with longer hair. If your dog has longer
hair you should aim to brush them 3x a week. If you build a positive relationship with brushing it should be an enjoyable experience for you and
your dog and a way to bond with them too!

Tip!

If you struggle with keeping up your grooming schedule with your dog, why
not try brushing certain areas at a time. For example all four legs on one
day, and then the following day their head, tail & body. This keeps it
simple & stress free for you and your pet.

If your dogs coat is badly matted or felted it is important to let your dog groomer guide you on the best option. A matted coat can hide many skin &
health problems and can be incredibly uncomfortable for your pet. We will discuss your options and explain to you what the best step to take going
forward is. Usually a matted coat cannot be saved and it is safer and kinder to remove a matted coat and to start again.
